average stay, some drawbacks though

uncomfortable bed street noise fluctuating temperature
the bed wasn't very comfortable, and i could feel the springs. the room faced the street, so a good nights sleep was not achievable. also, the shower lacked power, and the temperature fluctuated a lot. it was irritating

a somewhat average stay

constant rumble small room
the location was acceptable. it offered easy access to nearby attractions, i suppose.
The room was quite small. It felt cramped. the noise from the nearby train line was relentless. Earplugs were provided, but they did little to block out the constant rumble, we were disturbed, and sleep was difficult. also, the bathroom fan seemed permanently stuck on, difficult to be in there.

easy access convenient location quick email response
the hotel is close to clapham south tube station, just a short walk. i found a couple of cafes across the road, so grabbing a quick bite was easy. tj responded quickly to my emails about bag storage before i checked in and placed my bags in my room.
the big window in my room was locked, so only the top window could open. the room was very hot and there was no fan.

Solid Choice for a Short Stay

convenient location useful fridge clean room
The location is quite convenient. It is close to the underground station and some shops. The room included a fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, and towels, a pleasant surprise. The room was clean upon arrival, something I always appreciate, after a long journey.
The street outside was noisy early in the morning. The hotel provided ear plugs, but they were insufficient. I struggled to get quality sleep due to the traffic.
Service
9/10
The staff was very helpful and friendly! Check-in was allowed much earlier than expected. This flexibility reduced stress after traveling and I could promptly settle down in my room, which I appreciated.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel offered good facilities, including nearby shops. There were also several cafes in the area, this makes it simple to get breakfast. A Sainsbury's is also on the same street.
Rooms
9/10
The rooms were clean and warm, what is essential. A TV with access to Netflix was also available. I found it useful for entertainment during downtime, I appreciated the upgrade.
